Reece & Associates provides construction management and administration, and owner representative services for construction projects. Our clients include local government agencies for infrastructure rehabilitation projects as well as developers of subdivisions and commercial sites. We will work as the client's agent to ensure the project is built according to plans. Often this work is the final phase of a contract to manage a project from conception to completion. Build relationships with the client and the jurisdiction to ensure continuity and open communications throughout the life of the project.
Identify any risk events and act as a conduit between the client and contractor to ensure a balance of cost and quality are properly met.
Provide cost and schedule updates immediately to the client to ensure that they are kept informed with any potential delays.
Process change orders in a fair and professional manner, maintaining a working relationship with all parties involved.
Work with the contractor to minimize any delays, and process information efficiently and professionally.
